How do I get paid?

When you sign up to HealthBank and create your practitioner profile you will be asked to provide us with your bank details. This is so we are able to transfer funds to your account based on your appointments, testing and products sold.

Payouts are made weekly on Thursday's - funds generally arrive in your account the following business day. You will receive a Remittance Advice with a summary of your appointments and products sold for that payment period. 

Are the any additional costs for using Telehealth?

No. HealthBank's Telehealth is completely free to use for our practitioners. HealthBank Telehealth is fully integrated and seamless. No need to create links or send them to patients this is all automated.

Are private health and Medicare claims available?

Yes! HealthBank provides automated claiming solutions to our practitioners including taking payment from the your patients

How is HealthBank free for practitioners?

HealthBank charges patients a $1 booking fee when they book an appointment.

Is there a set up fee?

Absolutely not. There are no set up fees. No cancellation or exit fees. No contracts. No obligations.

Do I need to manually create my own reminders?

No, HealthBank generates automated appointment confirmation and reminders - emails, dashboard notifications and mobile push notifications. Saving you admin time.

Do I need to raise invoices for appointments?

No, invoices are automatically generated and sent when the appointment is paid for.

What happens if a patient cancels an appointment?

We have a cancellation policy in place, which patients have to agree to in the Terms & Conditions before signing up to HealthBank. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost to the patient.

Any cancellations that occur within the 24 hour period will result in a cancelled booking fee, which will be equal to 50% of the consultation fee for that booking.

Patients who make a booking and subsequently fail to attend (and have not contacted us to cancel their appointment), will forfeit their full consultation fee, and will not be refunded.
